In my opinion the way Tim Cumper trashed Mayen’s name all over the internet is nothing short of a evil. And it was an honor to do my part in exposing him for what he truly is. This video is proof positive that light will shine up what’s been done in darkness.
I pray that Mayen will be able to move on with peace in her heart, renewed strength in her spirit, faith in God and joy in knowing that so many people, many whom she’ll probably never meet, cared enough to fight for her. God bless her

I try to be fair and create a balance of posts at the Filipina Images . So, when Tim Cumper posted his “I got scammed” story on February 2, 2008 ( entry here), I took time out of my busy schedule to read his entry. It took me a good 4 hours. He went ballistic when I said “I condemn scams from any person . But in this case, I do not see factual basis ” and starts accusing me of being part of Tierra Maria Estates just because my real estate blog featured them. He threw insults and accused some of the readers of FilipinaImages.com to be part of a “bayanihan payola”.
I interviewed Mayen on April 4, 2008 so she can tell her story and create a balance in the Filipina Image portal, after all Tim Cumper had over 40 sites maligning Mayen . I based all my questions from Tim Cumper’s blog entries. You might not know this but I have difficulty speaking straight Tagalog (I am Cebuano) so it is impossible for me to prompt her on what to say. After my interview entry, I laid the issue to rest since I had both sides already. I am not a detective whose job is to investigate the accusations. TIm Cumper maligned me of being corrupt liar. What lies were he imagining? He then distorted my photo and posted it online with captions “I am defender in chief of the Filipina Image..I do it by Lying”.
The funny thing is I had no inkling that bloggers picked the Mayen story a month later. I have no control on how bloggers treat a story. I ignored Tim Cumper after that because his issue is a waste of my valuable time. My goodness, my goal in life is to be relevant and I cannot dwell on this issue forever that’s why I never said anything since April 2008 only until recently when he harassed my sister, and other facebook friends causing them to be anxious of me.
He also accuses my lawyer-husband of being quiet about this issue. Tim isn’t too bright. Lawyers never reveal their moves.
I have given Tim Cumper fair warning to cease and desist.

I do not believe that there was scam at the hospital. The inability of the hospital to return the calls to Tim could well be because of the doctor-patient privacy rules. If it was the hospitals inability to return the calls to Tim nor was it a refusal on their part was not conclusive enough that there was a scam. The mistake on the dates on the invoice could very well be just that – a mistake. After all, if you’re an accountant in such a pressured situation where you were just accused of scamming, I wonder how the accountant was feeling preparing and printing the invoice. Panic invoicing?
This is a story that’s done, finished and the characters involved – convicted, in the minds of Tim. He has already made up his mind that new stories coming out and bloggers writing about this will just repeat everything without offering any new evidences, but rather, just denounce his story as hoax.
This is a story about a person who believes and continues to believe that the world is against him, that the world ruined his dreams and shall therefore suffer his internet wrath. We may never know what kind of traumatic experience he had in the past nor how bad his marriage was, that contributed to this unbelievable rage of negative opinion of everything and anything.
This is a story about a person who does not have faith in himself and in anyone, a person who is not thankful for what he has, and a person who believed that everyone around him is out to con and scam him.

I first saw his story on Filipina Images through one of Ms. Noemi Dado’s twitter updates. I was curious so I read the story especially when Mr. Don Pinger exposed it as a hoax. I posted my comment on Filipina Images and said that his story is almost close to impossible to happen and I didn’t like the idea of having more than 60 blogs of the same content accusing innocent people. I then posted an entry on my blog analyzing the technical aspects of his experience.
That was the start.
Tim Cumper never left me alone and started branding me as part of a “bayanihan payola” and one of the bloggers supposedly hired by Tierra Maria to clean their name on the internet. On that moment, I said to myself, Tim Cumper really is a schizophrenic individual. Imagine, I haven’t even met Ms. Dado personally during that time and Tim Cumper has been accusing us of conspiring together on behalf of Tierra Maria.
Instead of listening to our points, Tim Cumper treated us like hostile creatures. He created several libelous and defamatory materials against people who didn’t believe his story. Here are some of his dirty works:

For the past 2 years, he has also stalked all of my friends and family. His last victim was my friend Pepper who doesn’t even know who Tim Cumper is. Tim Cumper posted her private profile and pictures on his websites and immediately branded her as a scammer. I believe Pepper has already filed a protest at the British Embassy and is only waiting for the advice of her lawyers before they take action.
Tim Cumper also recently sent a threatening message to my family on Facebook. He hinted that something will happen to me if I don’t remove my posts about him. He also claims that I’ve closed or blocked all communications between us that he decided to message ALL Bengeros on Facebook. This reason is preposterous. He knows my email address, in fact, he emailed me several times before –as Tim Cumper and as a poser named Nellie Sabuero.
The funny thing is, he’s the one accusing me of threatening his life because of this Twitter update,

Any normal person can see clearly that there is no life threatening on that Twit, plus given the fact that I did not addressed that Twit to anybody. Yet, Tim Cumper has been spamming his Twitter timeline that I’ve threatened his life because of this Twitter update. HOW SICK IS THAT?
For two years I have tolerated his libelous and defamatory remarks. But this time, no more Mr. Nice Guy… TIM CUMPER MUST BE STOPPED!
Mr. Timothy Ellis Cumper, if you want to know the truth, hire an investigator and stop hiding behind the keyboard. Be a man. Learn to accept your responsibilities and learn to listen to the opinion of others. Stop being a wuss.

The only part that really sounded suspicious to me would be the hospitalization part. But Mr. Cumper, by his own words on his own blog, apparently received a copy of the hospital bill, he got emails from the anaestegiologist and many other proofs that would indicate that the hospitalization part was legitimate. I just don’t see how she attempted to squeeze as much as she could out of him.
In addition he is of the opinion that this is an organized scam ring, yet absolutely nobody else on the entire internet has experienced the same thing

I wrote about this issue not because Jepoy told me or because I was hired by Tierra Maria Estates, but because I pity all the innocent people that were incriminated with Tim Cumper’s blogs.
And as a woman, I’m afraid to be in the same position as Mayen. Being abandoned and alone during one of the most trying times a woman will experience in her life.
Because of my opinion, I was called filth and excrement by Tim Cumper.

To tell you guys the truth I could care less about Jepoy’s opinions about Mr Cumper and I have told him that i am to decide what to believe in. I cannot understand why Mr Cumper’s methods are so aggressive towards the people who does not want to side with him.
To voice out your opinion is ok. Everybody is entitled to that but to harass and accuse everyone who doesn’t side with you is despicable.

Timothy Ellis Cumper or Tim Cumper has been stalking and harassing me since 2008. Calling me names like smelly bitch and etcetera. He even called me a Nazi (I think he got this idea because I live in Germany). All these started as I wrote an entry about the alleged “scam” story he wrote. Aside from stalking and harassing, he has also stolen my pictures and the picture of my 14 year old daughter and posted it on his different sites (same content). This guy accused me, my 14 year old daughter and other bloggers as scammers just because we dared to voice out our personal opinion.
WE have the freedom of speech and it works two ways. You have the right to say what you have in mind (for the most part) and I have the right to disagree with you and to say so. But there are people like Tim Cumper for example, who think freedom of speech is only for them and opponents must be silenced. And it is downright ridiculous how he thinks freedom of speech equals him having an unopposed ability to say whatever he likes and punish those who disagree.
MY CONCLUSION TO TIM CUMPER’S OBNOXIOUS ACTION:
This guy made it clear that he wants to silence all of us who disagree and allow only those who agree with him. He is soooo insecure in his beliefs, that he cannot tolerate dissenting opinions.
AND NOW MY CLOSING REMARK TO END THIS LONG TESTIMONY:

Like I said in my post, prior to that date I have never posted anything related to Tim Cumper. I have watched the video and read the articles but I have not made reactions nor did I post anything associated to him.
Jepoy has always been a friend and he has shared his opinions on the matter but has not in any way asked that I be influenced by his actions or to write anything about Tim Cumper.
It turns out that I am being hounded by Tim Cumper due to the links on my blog. Let me explain, The GameOPS staff have diverse interests but only Jepoy is talented enough to make blog layouts. We have collectively asked for his help in providing us layouts for our own blogs. This explains why we have those links on our blogs — a standard practice among layout creators. It could have been verified through emails if you are in a proper state of mind.
It seems that instead of clarifying this matter with us directly, he instead decided to use his own style of propaganda to subvert me and make me follow his whims.
This on my part was unacceptable and on my own I have come upon a realization that this person is indeed a monster. He talks about morality when he himself is a picture of morality. He talks about legal actions and evidence only to serve his whim but in the face of those very same arguments he goes back to morality. He lies repeatedly and will do anything to spread his version of the truth.
This person is nothing short of a menace that needs to be stopped. I have challenged him through my last post to present clear evidence that he is indeed innocent. I’m still waiting.

I suppose everybody would agree with me that Tim Cumper is a guy who is so lonely, that he is trying to find attention by stalking everybody. That would not be a problem with me if all of his accusations were true.. The problem is none of them are.
Perhaps his puny brain can never understand that he did something wrong to me and my friends (and others). He can never comprehend that he owes each and everyone an apology.
He posted my pictures and my links without my permission, including malicious comments about me. Isn’t that harassment?! Don’t I deserve an apology?!
In my site, I never had a post about him until his stalking and harassing episodes of me. I never knew of his existence until he BEGGED for some attention.
What do you call a guy who unjustly accuses everyone, harasses them, and never apologize for his wrong doing?! Is he a guy with a conscience? Is he someone with a good working brain or even a back bone? Is he a guy with balls?! Don’t think so.. For me, he resembles Plankton in the cartoon Spongebob.. Sigh.. SOOoo Pathetic..
